St Aidan’s provides quality education and schooling for children from 3 years to 11 years, with extended school facilities of breakfast and extensive extra curricular activities.

We have high expectations and aspirations for our pupils. We believe that children should enjoy school and want to come every day. We work hard to ensure that our environment is safe, welcoming, child friendly and exciting, that our curriculum is interesting and stimulating and that every child is welcomed, cared for, challenged appropriately and according to need.

Extended School services available:
After school childcare and/or activities, for school age children (term time)
Before school childcare and/or activities for school age children (term time)
Childcare or activities for children are offered in partnership with external providers
Family learning (i.e. parents/carers/other adult family members learning together with children)
Work with health professionals to support your pupils
Parenting groups using structured manual based parenting programmes
Information sessions for all parents of pupils entering eitherNursery or Reception
Any other parenting/family support which does not use structured manuals, a parents' room, etc
Specialised support, including for parents whose children have problems with attendance/behaviour
Work with social care professionals to support pupils
