Young people in Scouting take part in an exciting programme of activities from kayaking to coding. They develop character skills like resilience, initiative and tenacity; employability skills such as leadership, teamwork and problem solving; and practical skills like cooking and first aid.
Beaver Scouts - boys and girls aged 6 to 8 years old, they meet on Tuesdays between 5:15pm and 6:15pm.
Cub Scouts - boys and girls aged 8 to 10.5 years old, they meet on Tuesdays between 6:00pm and 7:30pm.
Scouts - boys and girls aged 10.5 to 14 years old, they meet on Tuesdays between 7:45pm and 9:15pm.
Explorer Scout Unit - Young people aged between 14 and 18 can join as Explorer Scout's and Explorer Scouts can also become Young Leaders and help out with the other three younger sections as well as activities of their own.
