Adaptations and Equipment

The Centre for Independent Living ( Centre for Independent Living )

The  Centre for Independent Living provides a number of services which can help people to live more independently, there is a range of equipment on display that local people can drop in and try out such as stair lifts, chairs, beds, mobility, bathing and toileting aids.

There is no requirement to book an appointment to visit the Centre for Independent Living showroom. You can just drop in.

• Knowsley Wheelchair Service

They also hold a lending library of equipment and books that can support children with neuro-developmental conditions, such as Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder .
