Small grants are available to help develop peer support and bespoke activities for children with disabilities and their families.
May 2018 Round of Applications
The new round of short breaks grants is now open. If you wish to apply for a short breaks grant in the this round, please read the eligibility criteria and guidance notes carefully and submit your application using the application form below. The closing date for the May 2018 round of applications will be Friday 15th June 2018.
