Bob Whiley Community Centre

Knowsley Town Council owns and manages two, multi functional centres, Bob Whiley Community Centre and the Stockbridge Pavilion plus one childrens playground, parks and open spaces.

Facilities are available for private hire at reasonable rates.

The Bob Whiley Community Centre is based in Shop Road, Knowsley Village. The premises have recently been extensively refurbished and the newly modernised facility is now enjoyed by local community organisations.

The centre offers a wide range of activities through out the week for local residents, facilities are also available for private hire.

Knowsley Town Council owns the Pavilion based in Pool Hey, Stockbridge Village. 

When completed, the building will comprise of a main hall, a large side room and a smaller room.  Kitchen and free on site car parking facilities will also be available. The premises will be suitable for all types of groups from larger community organisations to smaller groups who just need a place to meet.  Private one off functions could also be accommodated in the building.

If your organisation would be interested in hiring the premises on a long or short term basis, please contact the Town Council to find out more information. 

Interested groups will be able to discuss their requirements with the Town Council and will be invited to view the facilities to ensure they would be suitable for their needs.
