Transforming Care is all about making health and care services better so that more people with a learning disability, autism or both can live in the community, with the right support, and close to home.
The Learning Disability Community Team - Knowsley, supports adults in Knowsley who have difficulties using mainstream adults' health services because of a learning disability. This could be for a number of reasons, such as problems communicating or problems with mobility.

The Podiatry Service (foot care) - Knowsley and St Helens aim to prevent, diagnose, treat and rehabilitate conditions affecting your feet and lower limbs. These include common foot care problems such as ingrown toenails and bunions.
